How it works
SEQUANA accompanies you from the inventory of your property to its sale.
If you need to clear out an apartment, a house, or a castle following an estate settlement or before moving: we can carry out the clearance upon request and organize the sale of the furniture.
We also advise you on the choice of the sale location, which can take place on-site, at our Rouen premises on Boulevard des Belges, or in Paris.
Sales take place in our Rouen Gallery, and depending on the context, in Paris or on-site.
SEQUANA handles all administrative and logistical steps: transport, administrative authorizations (issuance of CITES certificates for protected species, passport applications with the Ministry of Culture, assistance with capital gains tax declarations), research and appraisals, clearance services, etc. Due to their exceptional nature or family provenance, certain works and objects of art may be sold through private treaty sales to fully guarantee the confidentiality of the transaction.
